I’m a northern girl and I’m lucky enough to call myself mum to 4 gorgeous boys, I now live just outside Cambridge with my boys and husband.

Baking has always been a passion of mine, I  went to catering college from school but didn’t like the typical kitchen atmosphere so went front of house.

I moved from the north west to just outside Cambridge to be with my hubby and started doing cake decorating courses in the evening. Then I started a cake decorating business and made celebration cakes with fondant models and actually completed a masters in sugar craft. Then life got crazy so stopped my little business and just became a hobby baker for a few years. Then covid hit and we had our third baby and I lost my income and really wanted to be at home more with the boys. I really wanted to do something for myself which worked around the boys so that’s when I started baking again and opened Chocolate Queen.
